CHAMPIONSHIPS ARE WON WITH THE WORK YOU PUT IN BEFORE THE SEASON

Starting June 15, 2009 for Lamorinda Blue:

Mondays 5:30-7:00pm: Weights with Rob

Tuesdays 6:30am-8:00am: Water with Rob

Wednesdays 2:00pm-3:00pm: Weights with Brian
and 3:00-4:30: Water with Brian

Thursdays 6:30am-8:00am: Water with Rob

Fridays 5:30pm-7:00pm: Weights with Rob

Players expected to attend all practices for both Lamorinda Age Group and Blue Group.
